3. Cookies
Many websites and servers use cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system using an internet browser. Many cookies include a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique cookie identifier. It consists of a string of characters that can be used to assign internet pages and servers to a specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows visited internet websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognised and identified using a unique cookie ID. By using cookies, the Company can provide users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting. By using a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimised with the user in mind. Cookies allow us, as already mentioned, to recognise users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. A website user who uses cookies, for example, does not have to enter access data every time the website is accessed, as this is taken over by the website and the cookie is thus stored on the user's computer system. Another example is a shopping cart cookie in an online shop. The online shop remembers the items that the customer has placed in the virtual shopping cart using the cookie. The data subject may prevent the cookie setting on our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting in his/her Internet browser and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. In addition, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time using the Internet browser or other software. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the cookie setting in his/her Internet browser, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.
4. Collection of general data and information
The company's website collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or an automated system visits the website. This general data and information is stored in server log files. The collected data may include (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which the accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-sites of the website, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) the internet service provider of the accessing system and (7) any other similar data and information that can be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
The Company does not draw any conclusions about the data subject using this general data and information. Rather, this information is necessary to (1) correctly present the content of our website, (2) optimize the content of our website as well as advertising, (3) ensure the long-term prospects of our information technology systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in the event of a cyber attack. The Company therefore analyzes the anonymously collected data and information statistically in order to increase the data protection and data security of our company and to ensure an optimal level of personal data protection. The anonymous data in the server log files is stored separately from any personal data provided by the data subject.
5. Registration on our website (if applicable to the specific website)

Which personal data is sent to the controller is determined by the respective input mask used for registration. The personal data entered by the data subject are collected and stored solely for the controller's internal use and for its own purposes. The controller may request a transfer to one or more processors (e.g. a parcel service) who also use the personal data for internal purposes attributable to the controller. When registering on the controller's website, the address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and used by the data subject is also stored - the date and time of registration. The storage of this data takes place taking into account that this is the only way to prevent misuse of our services and, if necessary, to allow for the investigation of violations. Since the storage of this data is necessary to ensure the controller. This data is not passed on to third parties unless there is a statutory obligation to transfer the data or if the transfer serves the purpose of criminal prosecution. The registration of the data subject with the voluntary provision of personal data is intended to enable the controller to offer the data subject content or services that can only be offered to registered users due to the nature of the matter in question. Registered persons are free to change the personal data provided during registration at any time or to completely delete them from the controller's data collection.
6. Regular deletion and blocking of personal data
